In collaboration with Tanaka Foods Co., Ltd. — the Hiroshima-based company that was founded in 1901 and is the creator of the original furikake, "Ryokou no Tomo" — we've developed a special Okonomiyaki Furikake, inspired by Hiroshima’s soul food and created exclusively for Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai.
Choose and blend from 14 flavorful ingredients like cabbage, noodles, meat, Hiroshima lemon, Kure curry, Fish meal contained in "Ryokou no Tomo",　and more. And of course, it's topped off with Otafuku Sauce!
